Models and fit

Which phones do your cases fit?

Our record-sleeve and cassette cases are made for iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15. Each case fits one model only. Our model guide shows how to check yours.

Why do I have to tick a box about my model?

Phones in the same series look alike but have different sizes and camera layouts. The tick box is there so nobody receives a case for the wrong phone.

Which earbuds do the speaker cases fit?

AirPods Pro 3, AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods 4. You choose the model on the product page. The speaker shape is decorative and does not play sound.

Straps

How does the phone strap attach?

A slim tab card sits between the back of your phone and its case, with a small loop coming out through the charging-port opening. The strap’s two clip hooks attach to that loop. It works with almost any phone and case, as long as the case has an opening at the charging port.

How long and how wide are the straps?

Crossbody phone straps: 25 mm (1 in) wide, adjustable from about 70 to 140 cm (28–55 in). Wrist strap: 15 mm wide, a fixed loop of about 28 cm. Guitar straps: 50 mm (2 in) wide, adjustable with a slide buckle from about 92 to 150 cm (36–59 in).

How does the guitar strap fasten?

Each end has a black tab with a button hole. Push the holes over your guitar’s two strap buttons and set the length with the buckle. The straps fit standard strap buttons. We recommend strap locks, and checking both ends before you play.

How much weight can the straps hold?

We don’t publish a load rating, because our straps have not been through an independent load test yet. Please don’t swing your phone on the strap or hang it from moving objects.

Is the phone strap really the same as the guitar strap?

Same jacquard pattern, different width. Delta Weave, Sunburst Stripe, Checkerboard Groove, Cherry Wave, Cream Ladder and Night Bus are made in both widths.

Cases

Are the cases drop-tested?

Not independently, so we don’t give them a drop rating. The edges are raised slightly around the screen and the camera.

Are the sleeves from real albums?

No. Every sleeve is original to ZELMUNIO. No real bands, albums or record labels are involved.

Can I write on the Tape 90 label?

The label is left blank on purpose, as a design. We have not tested which pens stay on the case surface, so we don’t promise that ink will last.

Orders and payment

Which currencies can I pay in?

Pounds, euros, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian kroner, Swiss francs and US dollars. Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country; you can change the country at the top of every page.

How can I pay?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; your card number is never stored on our website.

Do you have discount codes or sales?

No. We don’t run discount codes, countdowns or fake “was” prices.

Delivery and returns

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 5 business days; delivery then takes about 5–12 business days depending on the country. See Shipping & duties.

Will I pay import charges?

It depends on your country — the shipping page explains it country by country, before you order.

Can I return something?

Yes: 30 days for unused items, plus the 14-day legal right of withdrawal in the EU, EEA and UK. See Returns & refunds.
