Shipping & duties
Where ZELMUNIO delivers, what delivery costs in each currency, how long it takes, and which import charges may apply in your country.

Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Ireland, Finland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland. Prices are shown in the currency of the country you deliver to: pounds (GBP), US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK), Norwegian kroner (NOK) or Swiss francs (CHF). You can change the delivery country at the top of every page.
Delivery cost and times
One flat charge per order, whatever you order. Every parcel is tracked.

Dispatch: cases are prepared for the model you choose, so orders leave us within 5 business days of payment. You receive an email with the tracking link when your parcel is on its way. If we cannot dispatch within that time, we email you with a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
Delivery times are estimates from the carriers. Customs checks can add a few days.
Taxes, duties and import charges
Our parcels travel internationally, so what happens on arrival depends on your country:
United Kingdom
For orders up to £135, the price at checkout is the full price: UK VAT on these orders is handled by us as the seller and nothing is collected from you on delivery. Orders above £135 are imported under the normal rules, and import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier before delivery.
European Union
Orders to the EU are shipped from outside the EU. Import VAT at your country’s rate, an EU customs duty (currently €3 per item type for parcels worth up to €150) and the carrier’s handling fee are collected by the carrier before delivery. These charges are not included in our prices.
Norway
We are not registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme. Norwegian VAT and the carrier’s customs clearance fee are payable by you on delivery.
Switzerland
Orders above roughly CHF 62 (goods plus delivery) are subject to Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and a carrier clearance fee, payable by you on delivery.
United States
Our prices do not include sales tax. For deliveries to Mississippi, 7% state sales tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We do not currently collect sales tax for other states.
If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, it counts as a return under our returns policy; we refund the goods but cannot refund charges collected by customs or the carrier.
Tracking, lost and damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@zelmunio.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will trace the parcel with the carrier and, if it is lost or damaged in transit, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can change it until the order is dispatched.
